The staff is superb.
The woman at reception went out of her way to help us obtain Real Madrid tickets and delivered breakfast when we missed it. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. And the breakfast cook kindly held our bags when we arrived near sunrise, before reception opened. The location was great too.

Great aparthotel with great front desk customer service, they were super nice and professional. The room was very clean Rooms are big which is great when you compare it to other hotels. the rain shower was a nice touch. Less than 2 min talk to Sol. I highly recommend this hotel. and it will be my hotel when I stay in Madrid

Our reception is open from 9:30 am. to 6:00 pm.

The check-in time is at 3:00 pm.
Early check-in is on request. In any case, we are happy to store your suitcases from 8:00 am. at the Reception
The check-out time is at 12 pm.
Late Check out is on request with an extra cost that we will inform you at the Reception.
It’s very simple. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a unique access code to the Hotel and your Suite.
Please come to the reception the next morning so that we can meet you and make the official check-in.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need for your stay
Every day, except for the kitchen. Out of respect for the environment, the sheets and towels are changed on the fourth day of your stay.
In the establishment itself we have a self-service laundry for our customers that they can use during reception hours.
On request, we will place a cot with a double mattress and a bath in the bathroom for your baby.
We’re sorry, but you’ll have to leave your pets at home.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere in the hotel.
On request we have a Standard Suite fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a flat shower, shower seat, toilet with side bars and large dimensions. You can access your Suite from the ground floor by elevator.
Notice: access to the building is through the original XVIII century door with a slope not recommended for electric chairs.
The parking lot in the Plaza de Santa has an elevator to the street and offers all our customers an exclusive 20% discount. Request the discount coupon at the Reception that you must deliver along with your ticket at the parking lot itself.
We have a totally free luggage storage service at the reception.
Each category has a maximum capacity that includes children and babies that cannot be exceeded. Each rate depends on the total number of occupants, so if you need to make any changes after making your reservation, be sure to contact us.
