Our breads baked every morning in the traditional neighborhood of Lavapies to which you can add, our delicious Virgin Olive Oil with that Andalusian touch, or a little homemade honey collected in the panels of Cazorla montain, or also our natural tomato crushed at the moment.

Refreshing freshly squeezed juices that provide us vitality that we need to start the day.

Homemade cake that Miguel Ángel makes and sends us from his bakery in Azuaga (Badajoz)

Seasonal fruit brought directly from the field to our hotel and that we carefully cut every morning

We also offer, for the very cheesemakers, a cheese made only with raw sheep’s milk in a small town in Valladolid and that stands out for its texture and intensity.

Creamy yogurt made by hand in Lleida to which you can add cereals, jams, nuts, cinnamon, or whatever you can think of…

Delicious freshly ground coffee and toasted in Spain by a small local company that respects the environment, good work and above all fair trade.

All this and much more, accompanied by our free-range Eggs prepared at the moment, to your taste, in our kitchens, and served at the table.
